William Coughlin

William F. Coughlin serves as a partner at Delta Capital Management LLC, based in New York, NY. In this role, he is responsible for leading portfolio management, overseeing asset allocation, and guiding the firm's investment strategy for private clients and institutional portfolios. His primary focus is on value-oriented investing, with expertise in conservative equity management and quantitative research.

He brings deep experience in the management of pension funds, institutional portfolios, and private wealth, having previously served as Managing Director at Scudder Kemper Investments and Senior Portfolio Manager at ING Group. Earlier in his career, Coughlin directed investment research and asset allocation for NYNEX’s $12 billion pension fund, and managed a substantial in-house equity portfolio. His investment leadership covers core equities, asset allocation, and quantitative equity analysis, with a focus on maintaining value-driven performance.

Coughlin holds both an M.B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from Babson College, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
