Hugh Fitzpatrick

Hugh A. Fitzpatrick is President at Princeton Capital Management LLC, a boutique investment management firm based in Princeton, NJ. In his leadership role, Fitzpatrick is integral to both client relationship management and the firm’s investment decision-making process, providing strategic capital markets insight and portfolio oversight to high net worth individuals and institutional clients.

With over 30 years of investment experience in both the United States and London, Fitzpatrick has worked extensively across capital markets. Before joining Princeton Capital Management in 2006, he was a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities (and predecessor firms) and previously held senior positions at Alex. Brown & Sons, including as manager of its international trading operations in London. Earlier, he gained experience in both fixed income and equities at Wm Sword & Co., covering trading and research.

Fitzpatrick’s investment expertise spans US equities, with a particular focus on large- and mid-cap stocks, growth and dividend-paying strategies, and opportunistic tactical allocations to cash and equivalents. He is known for a thematic, research-driven approach aimed at identifying innovative, disruptive companies and constructing portfolios for wealth preservation, income, and growth. Fitzpatrick holds a BA in History from Duke University.
