Wen Gao

Wen Gao is an ETF Trading Analyst at Alpha Architect, based in Philadelphia, PA, where she plays a key role in supporting portfolio management operations and data processing for the firm's quantitative investment strategies. Her responsibilities include ETF trading, trade execution, and assisting with the development and maintenance of investment algorithms and workflows, particularly in the equities and exchange-traded funds (ETF) sectors.

Gao's investment focus is centered on quantitative equity strategies and ETF portfolio management, leveraging data analytics to enhance trading efficiency and portfolio construction. In her current and previous roles, including her involvement at ETF Architect as a Junior Portfolio Manager, she has honed expertise in data-driven trading, with an emphasis on equities and multi-asset ETF structures.

Previously, Wen Gao served as a Business Analyst at QVC, analyzing business performance and supporting strategic financial operations. She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Analytics and Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, as well as a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University of Electric Power.
