Jack Davies

Jack Davies, CFA, is an Investment Analyst at Foster Group, Inc., based in West Des Moines, Iowa. He is a member of the Investment and Trading Team, where he is responsible for conducting research and due diligence on current and prospective funds and managers, as well as providing portfolio research and support for the Investment Advisory Group. His analytical expertise contributes directly to constructing and monitoring diversified investment portfolios for both individual and institutional clients.

Jack’s role centers on analysis across a range of asset classes, with a focus on multi-manager fund research, manager selection, and evaluation of ongoing investment strategies. His work supports Foster Group’s holistic wealth management approach, encompassing equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, consistent with the firm's dedication to fee-only, fiduciary asset management in the Midwest region.

Prior to joining Foster Group, Jack spent seven years with RSM US LLP, specializing in business valuation for tax, financial reporting, and management planning, which deepened his quantitative and due diligence capabilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Northern Iowa and is a CFA charterholder, reflecting strong credentials in investment analysis and portfolio management.
