Joe Radigan is Principal, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Director of the Northeastern Ohio Market at Johnson Investment Counsel, based in Cleveland, Ohio. In this capacity, he leads portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies for high-net-worth clients, with oversight responsibilities that include both team leadership and direct investment management.

Joe's specific investment focus includes equities, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolios tailored to individual, family, and institutional needs within the Northeastern Ohio market. His expertise spans the management of diversified portfolios, with an emphasis on meeting complex client objectives through disciplined risk management and an in-depth understanding of market dynamics.

Before his current role, Joe was Managing Partner at Magis Wealth Planning and previously served as Portfolio Manager at Johnson Investment Counsel. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Economics from Miami University.
