Timothy Healey

Timothy S. Healey is a Portfolio Manager at Leavell Investment Management, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama, where he has served since 1986. In his current role, he manages investment portfolios for clients and brings deep expertise in both fixed income and equity strategies, as well as significant experience in municipal bond fund management.

Healey's sector focus includes municipal bonds, with a notable tenure as the Portfolio Manager for The Alabama Tax Free Bond Fund from 1994 to 2019, as well as extensive work in equities, preferred stocks, and venture capital. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Torchmark Investment Advisory Company, where he was Second Vice President, Equity Portfolio Manager, Preferred & Common Stock Analyst, Venture Capital Manager, and Fixed Income Analyst.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Alabama and is a member of the CFA Institute.
