Jason Kausalik

Jason Kausalik, CFA, is Vice President – Investment Data and Reporting at Operose Advisors LLC, a Milwaukee-based real estate investment firm. In this role, he oversees investment data governance, leads client reporting, and optimizes the firm's data infrastructure. His responsibilities include driving process improvements, integrating financial technology, and enabling data-driven decision making for the investment team, with a focus on supporting institutional-quality investment solutions and reporting for individuals, families, trusts, and closely held businesses.

Jason brings robust expertise in investment data, analytics, and reporting, developed through his prior positions at Northwestern Mutual, where he contributed to the strategic management of the company’s $300+ billion general account and pension portfolios. His experience spans developing and implementing investment reporting technology, automating data-intensive processes, and advancing major investment initiatives for large diversified portfolios, particularly within institutional and real estate asset classes.

He holds both a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in Financial Analysis from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, graduating summa cum laude, and earned a Certificate in Investment Management alongside the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2021. Jason is recognized for his leadership in data-driven investment solutions and his significant contributions to improving investment information systems and reporting processes in the asset management industry.
