Adam Wilkie

Adam Wilkie, CFA, is a Senior Equity Research Analyst and Partner at Pacific Ridge Capital Partners, LLC, based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. He is responsible for conducting fundamental equity research, generating original investment ideas, and contributing to portfolio decisions for the firm’s contrarian value strategies. Adam specializes in small- and micro-cap U.S. equities, helping the firm identify undervalued companies with strong long-term growth prospects, and maintains a sector-agnostic approach with a disciplined focus on rigorous bottom-up analysis.

Adam joined Pacific Ridge in 2015 and has more than two decades of experience in the investment management industry, having also served as an equity analyst at Johnson Institutional Management (formerly Johnson Asset Management) from 2010 to 2015 and Scott Creek Capital Management from 2006 to 2009. His expertise is built on deep sector research, disciplined value investing, and contributing to strategies that have consistently outperformed their benchmarks in the small- and micro-cap value universe.

He holds both Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Finance from Portland State University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Notably, Adam was recently named a partner at Pacific Ridge in recognition of his significant contributions and leadership in research and process innovation at the firm.
