Justin Mckillip

Justin McKillip, CFA, is a Senior Analyst and founding partner at Pacific Ridge Capital Partners, LLC, an independent, employee-owned institutional investment manager based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. In his current role, he is responsible for fundamental research, bottom-up stock selection, and contributing to the firm’s investment strategies, particularly within its flagship small-cap and micro-cap value portfolios.

McKillip focuses on identifying undervalued companies with strong long-term operating prospects, employing a contrarian value investment philosophy. His analytical expertise is concentrated in the US small- and micro-cap equity markets, where he applies disciplined fundamental analysis to sectors spanning across various industries, aiming to exploit market inefficiencies and generate superior risk-adjusted returns for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Prior to co-founding Pacific Ridge in 2010, McKillip served as an equity research analyst for the Benson Value Team at Wells Capital Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Oregon and is a CFA charterholder, underlining his commitment to investment rigor and professional excellence.
