Egor Rybakov

Egor Rybakov, CFA, is the Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Equity Analyst at Penserra Global Investors, the active investment management subsidiary of Penserra Capital Management LLC based in Newport Beach, CA. He leads the firm's active global and international equity strategies, focusing on sustainability, ESG integration, and thematic investing, while managing concentrated portfolios of high-conviction investments across global small-, mid-, and large-cap equities.

With over 20 years of investment experience, Rybakov has a deep background in US and international equity research, portfolio management, and proprietary quantitative analysis. Prior to joining Penserra in 2021, he held key roles as Associate Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst at Thornburg Investment Management and as Equity Analyst at U.S. Global Investors, gaining exposure to a diverse range of sectors and building notable expertise in sustainable and active equity allocation.

Rybakov holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Lomonosov Moscow State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
