Matteo Tavella

Matteo Tavella is an Investment Analyst at SkyView Investment Advisors, LLC, where he assists with investment research across both new investments and existing portfolio exposures. His responsibilities encompass conducting market analysis, supporting portfolio management decisions, and contributing to the firm’s comprehensive asset allocation strategies that incorporate traditional and alternative investments such as ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital. Tavella's analytical work supports institutional clients, family offices, and wealth managers seeking high-quality, actively managed multi-asset solutions.

Prior to his current role, Tavella began his career as an Investment Analyst Intern at SkyView, before advancing to full-time analyst in 2021. He also completed an operations internship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he gained valuable exposure to operational processes in financial services. This experience has provided him with a solid foundation in both investment analysis and operational risk assessment within asset management.

Tavella holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers Business School–New Brunswick, where he developed expertise in financial modeling, research, and capital markets. His investment focus includes multi-asset portfolio research, manager due diligence, and risk management across equities, alternative investments, and strategic asset allocation.
