David Lieberman

David Lieberman is a Partner, Managing Director, and Portfolio Manager at Advisors Capital Management, LLC (ACM), based in Ridgewood, NJ. He serves on ACM’s Management and Investment Committees, overseeing tactical ETF strategies and co-managing key strategies such as Core Dividend and Global Balanced portfolios. His role centers on identifying equity and fixed income opportunities tailored to specific client objectives, leveraging both thematic and bottom-up research approaches, and incorporating macroeconomic trends, business cycle analysis, and interest rate outlook into sector and asset class selection.

Lieberman possesses nearly 25 years of combined experience in investment management, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining ACM, he founded and successfully sold three companies, most notably BookRags, Inc., which he grew into a top international educational resource platform.
