Ayan Lateef

Ayan Lateef is an incoming Investment Banking Analyst at Strategy Capital LLC, based in Holmdel, NJ. In this role, he is expected to focus on supporting transaction execution and client advisory across sectors such as consumer, industrials, and services, leveraging his analytical skills to facilitate deals and complex financial projects.

Prior to joining Strategy Capital LLC, Ayan completed a Summer Analyst position at Hill Path Capital, where he gained exposure to private equity investment strategies and portfolio management within sectors including leisure, hospitality, and real estate. He also served as a Spring Analyst at Strategy Capital, where he contributed to industry and company analysis, particularly within middle-market M&A transactions.

Ayan earned his degree from The Wharton School, equipping him with deep expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and quantitative modeling. His previous internships and rigorous academic background position him as a promising professional in the investment industry, with direct experience in deal sourcing and due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side opportunities. His contributions have centered on supporting transaction teams and building financial models for asset classes such as equities and real assets.
