Rajeev Dadoo

Rajeev Dadoo, PhD, is the COO and Managing Partner at SR One, a leading life sciences investment firm, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At SR One, he focuses on identifying, investing in, and supporting innovative biotech and healthcare technology companies, leveraging his operational and strategic expertise to help build successful ventures in the therapeutics, biotechnology, and healthcare technology sectors.

Rajeev joined SR One in 2004 and has played a prominent role in advancing the firm's mission to address significant unmet needs in medicine and healthcare. His previous experience includes roles at GlaxoSmithKline's Competitive Excellence group, Genentech in technology and clinical development, as well as product development and business development positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories and Genome Therapeutics; he also co-founded Unimicro Technologies.

He holds a BA in Chemistry and Mathematics from Knox College, a PhD in Chemistry from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Rajeev is an alumnus of the Kauffman Fellows Program and is recognized for his expertise in early-stage biotechnology investing, therapeutics innovation, and fostering collaborations between entrepreneurs and the investment community.
