Sonder has partnered with TreviPay to introduce Sonder Billing, a new net terms program designed for corporate travelers.
This program provides corporate travelers with 30-day net terms, consolidated, VAT-compliant invoicing, and simplified payments for hotel services.
Sonder Billing is initially launching in the UK, US, and Canada, with plans for future expansion into additional geographies.
The initiative aims to capitalize on the growing global business travel market, which is projected to exceed $2 trillion by 2029.
The partnership is expected to help Sonder drive loyalty, attract corporate customers, and generate more revenue by offering invoicing and net terms, which are preferred by 78% of global B2B buyers.

Sonder Holdings Inc. reported revenue of $147.1 million for the second quarter of 2025, an 11% decrease year-over-year, and a net loss of $44.5 million.
Despite the revenue decline, the company's Adjusted EBITDA improved by 83% year-over-year to $(2.6) million, and Cash Used In Operating Activities improved by 40% to $19.6 million for Q2 2025.
Operational metrics showed improvement with RevPAR increasing 13% to $184 and Occupancy Rate rising six percentage points to 86% year-over-year, although Bookable Nights decreased 21% due to the Portfolio Optimization Program.
The company completed the full integration of its strategic licensing agreement with Marriott International in the second quarter of 2025, making all Sonder properties available on Marriott's digital channels.
