A Rama Krishna

A. Rama Krishna is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer at ARGA Investment Management, LP, based in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, he leads the firm's global investment strategies and oversees the management of international equity portfolios, drawing on more than 25 years of global equities investment experience. His expertise centers on value-driven investment in global equities, positioning ARGA as an independent firm focused on disciplined, long-term strategies for institutional and other sophisticated investors.

Prior to founding ARGA in 2010, Mr. Krishna held senior executive positions including President, International and Managing Principal at Pzena Investment Management, and Chief Investment Officer and Head of Institutional and International at Citigroup Asset Management. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his leadership in global equity research and portfolio management, particularly within developed and emerging markets equities.

Mr. Krishna holds an MBA and a Master of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. He is known for his rigorous approach to global value investing and his contributions to thought leadership in international asset management.
