Devin Waddell

Devin Waddell serves as Senior Research Associate at ARGA Investment Management, LP, a global value manager specializing in global equity investing. Based in New York, he is responsible for supporting research initiatives, conducting investment analysis, and contributing to the firm's investment decision-making process, with a focus on publicly traded equities across global markets.

Prior to joining ARGA, Devin gained investment and analytical experience as an MBA Co-op at RTX and as Portfolio Manager at Darden Capital Management, where he helped manage multiple funds including the school foundation’s endowment. His background covers a range of sectors, most notably global equities and value-oriented strategies, and his work at Darden involved overseeing assets, fund operations, and participating in stock pitch competitions.

Devin holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master’s in Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Chemical Engineering from Auburn University. His achievements include earning a full athletic scholarship as a walk-on to Auburn’s basketball team and notable contributions to credit and lending operations in previous finance roles, highlighting his persistence and commitment to excellence.
