Ivan González is the Diversity and Inclusion Partner at Causeway Capital Management LLC, where he is responsible for advancing the firm’s DEI initiatives and integrating inclusive practices across all facets of the investment process. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with investment teams to foster a diverse talent pipeline and promote equitable opportunities within the organization. His role emphasizes creating a culture of inclusion while ensuring that diversity principles inform Causeway’s overall strategy.

Prior to joining Causeway Capital Management in October 2020, Ivan served as Investment Director at Spouting Rock Asset Management from 2013 to 2020. Throughout his investment career, he has concentrated on public markets, particularly focusing on global equities and alternative asset strategies for institutional clients. His expertise covers portfolio construction, manager due diligence, and investment research with an emphasis on incorporating ESG and diversity standards into asset allocation decisions.

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management, providing him with a strong analytical background and a rigorous approach to investment analysis.
