David Green

David Green is a Portfolio Manager and Principal at Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management LLC in Los Angeles, currently serving as a lead manager on the firm's Small Cap Value, Value Opportunities, and International Value portfolios. With 28 years at Hotchkis & Wiley and over 34 years in the investment industry, his responsibilities include portfolio management and active participation in the firm's consumer, healthcare, and technology sector teams.

Before joining Hotchkis & Wiley, David worked as a senior equity analyst at Goldman Sachs Asset Management on the Broad Market Value team, and began his investment career as an equity analyst at Prudential Investment Corporation in 1990. This extensive background has given him deep expertise in value equity investing across multiple regions and market capitalizations.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a CFA charterholder as well as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
