Judd Peters

Judd Peters, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management LLC, based in Los Angeles. With 25 years at Hotchkis & Wiley and 27 years in the investment industry, he is responsible for managing the Small Cap Diversified Value, International Small Cap Diversified Value, and SMID Cap Diversified Value portfolios. His role includes day-to-day portfolio management, investment research, and representing these strategies to clients.

Mr. Peters specializes in small- and mid-cap value equities and provides deep sector expertise in capital goods, energy, and technology. He is actively involved in the development and management of diversified value-oriented strategies, most recently co-leading the launch of the SMID Cap Diversified Value ETF, which targets undervalued companies with strong fundamentals and robust balance sheets.

Before joining Hotchkis & Wiley, Mr. Peters was an analyst in the investment banking division of Wedbush Morgan Securities. He holds a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego, and is a CFA charterholder, underscoring his strong analytical background and professional commitment to investment excellence.
