Mark Hudoff

Mark Hudoff is a portfolio manager at Hotchkis & Wiley Capital Management LLC, where he is responsible for managing the firm's High Yield bond portfolios. Based in Trabuco Canyon, California, he focuses on undervalued debt securities, particularly within the high yield corporate bond market, and has over 38 years of industry experience. His investment approach emphasizes rigorous credit analysis, with a research edge in small and mid-cap issuers and 'fallen angels,' and a preference for senior security tranches within the high yield sector.

Before joining Hotchkis & Wiley, Mr. Hudoff served as Executive Vice President, portfolio manager, and Head of Global High Yield investments at PIMCO, where he developed and managed European and global high yield credit businesses. He began his career as a high yield credit analyst and also worked as a fixed income strategist at BCA.

He holds a BS in Economics from Arizona State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, underscoring his deep expertise in credit markets and global fixed income.
