Tony Zou

Tony Zou is an ESG Associate at ClearBridge Investments in New York, where he is responsible for research, integration, and advisory activities related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investments. His work notably includes contributing expertise to industry advisory committees and PRI working groups, highlighting his role in advancing responsible investment practices and internal ESG training within the firm.

Before joining ClearBridge, Tony served as ESG Research Associate at Boston Common Asset Management, focusing on active shareholder engagement initiatives, climate action, supply chain human rights, and sustainability in sectors such as high-emitting industries, solar, biodiversity, and ethical AI. Earlier in his career, at State Street Global Advisors, he specialized in ESG integration and research, supporting investment teams in assessing ESG risks and opportunities across diversified portfolios.

Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, and French from Williams College, with additional French studies from Hamilton College in France.
