Colin Dwyer

Colin Dwyer is an Equity Trader at Congress Asset Management, having joined the firm in July 2025. Based in Boston, he leverages over 13 years of experience trading in both international and domestic equity markets, contributing to the firm's execution of investment strategies for institutional and sub-advisory clients. His primary focus is on equity trading, with expertise spanning global developed and emerging market equities, ensuring efficient order execution and liquidity management across multiple sectors.

Previously, Colin served as Head of Global Equity Trading at Redwood Investments, LLC, where he was responsible for trade execution, oversight of trading operations, and the integration of advanced trading technologies (2016–2025). Earlier in his career, he worked as a Trader and Operations Analyst at Redwood, further developing his deep operational knowledge and refining his skills in market analysis and execution tactics.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Central Connecticut State University. Renowned for his cross-asset trading acumen and operational leadership, he has contributed significantly to enhancing trading processes and efficiencies in the investment industry.
