Dave McGonigle

Dave McGonigle, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and Principal at Copeland Capital Management, LLC, based in Haddonfield, NJ. In his current role, he serves as a key member of the firm's investment team, responsible for portfolio management and research with a focus on delivering investment strategies for U.S. equity portfolios.

He specializes in the Consumer Discretionary, Financial, and Industrial sectors across all domestic portfolios, contributing deep sector knowledge and analytical expertise in these areas. Mr. McGonigle plays a significant role in portfolio construction and security selection, particularly for the firm's SMID Cap Dividend Growth Fund and related strategies.

Prior to joining Copeland in 2009, Dave spent ten years at Rorer Asset Management as both a portfolio manager and analyst with a primary focus on mid-cap equities in the consumer and financial sectors. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at AmericaOne Communications, a subsidiary of CapitalOne Financial Corp., specializing in financial modeling and M&A evaluation. Dave holds a BS in Business Administration (finance concentration) from the University of Richmond, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and is an active member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
