Neil Adams

Neil Adams is Vice President – Institutional Sales at Copeland Capital Management, LLC, based in Manchester, NH. In this role, he is responsible for distributing Copeland’s suite of retail mutual funds and separately managed account (SMA) products across all distribution channels on the East Coast, with a particular focus on institutional clients and financial advisors.

He has a notable background in investment sales, having previously worked at Eaton Vance, where he managed relationships with financial advisors in the Long Island and Southern Connecticut markets, and began his financial services career at Fidelity Investments. At Copeland, he specializes in promoting investment strategies centered on dividend growth equities, encompassing U.S., international, and global mandates across all capitalization sizes, with clients including pension plans, foundations, and wealth management platforms.

Adams earned a BS in Business Administration and Political Science from Southern New Hampshire University, where he also served as a two-year captain of the men’s ice hockey team. His expertise lies in institutional distribution and client relationship management, with a strong commitment to advancing dividend growth investing in the asset management industry.
