Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson serves as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Diversified Trust in Atlanta, where he leads the firm’s corporate Portfolio Management Team and oversees client investment portfolios. He is responsible for developing investment strategy, managing multi-asset portfolios, and driving portfolio construction and manager selection for both individual and institutional clients, with a particular focus on diversified asset allocation and risk management.

Wilson’s expertise spans multi-asset investment solutions, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments, drawing from a career covering both private wealth and institutional mandates. His previous roles include Director and Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Bank of America, where he managed multi-asset portfolios for the Chief Investment Office and contributed heavily to manager selection and investment strategy. He began his investment career at Cambridge Associates and held an internship at Verger Capital Management focusing on institutional asset consulting and OCIO solutions.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and earned an MBA in Finance—with Beta Gamma Sigma and Dean’s Scholar distinctions—from Wake Forest University School of Business. He is recognized for leadership in portfolio management, manager research, and constructing tailored investment solutions, and is regarded for his contributions to advancing portfolio construction best practices for both individuals and institutions in the Southeast region.
