Jan Thilakawardana

Jan Thilakawardana is an investment analyst at Exor, the holding company behind the Agnelli family, based in London. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring the investment portfolio of Exor’s companies, sourcing and analyzing new investment opportunities, executing valuations, and helping manage group-level strategies such as sustainability, human resources, and governance. His work covers a broad range of sectors reflecting Exor’s diverse interests, including automotive, industrials, healthcare, reinsurance, and luxury brands.

Before joining Exor, Jan gained experience in marketing and communications at FCA (now Stellantis), and later at a startup incubator, the School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Turin. His sector expertise has been shaped by work in both established corporations and entrepreneurial environments, giving him a multifaceted perspective on business growth and operational strategy.

Jan holds a degree in Medieval and Modern Languages (French and Italian) from the University of Oxford (2019) and earned an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs in Italy in 2021. He is recognized for his analytical skills and adaptable approach, contributing to strategic initiatives across Exor’s portfolio.
