Noam Ohana

Noam Ohana is Managing Director at EXOR CAPITAL LLP, where he leads the firm's early-stage venture investment activities and manages Exor Ventures’ €640 million portfolio as an independent fund manager. He focuses on identifying and backing transformative startups, overseeing portfolio strategy, and driving investment decisions across frontier sectors.

He has extensive expertise in sectors such as AI infrastructure, physical and digital security, industrial automation, supply chain resilience, and energy independence, having spearheaded investments in over 100 startups globally including Crusoe, Mistral, Neuralink, Via, and Wayve. His career includes prior roles as Managing Partner at Conegliano Ventures, Partner and co-founder of BeaconLight Capital (a global equity long-short fund), and an investor at Atticus Capital managing a fund-of-funds.

Noam holds degrees from Sciences Po in Public Affairs and an MA from Stanford University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He is recognized for his contributions to both public and private markets, particularly for helping scale venture investing at Exor and advancing resilience-focused and technology-driven asset classes.
