Raymond Lin

Raymond Lin is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Fuller & Thaler Asset Management, Inc., based in San Mateo, CA. In this role, he is responsible for managing the firm's domestic equity strategies and is involved in portfolio construction, implementation, and risk management processes. He is an owner of the firm and a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Lin specializes in U.S. equity asset classes, with particular focus on behavioral-based investment strategies for small-cap, mid-cap, and micro-cap equities. He manages a variety of mutual funds and separate accounts, including the FullerThaler Behavioral Small-Cap Equity Fund, Behavioral Mid-Cap Value Fund, and other domestic equity products. His expertise lies in exploiting market inefficiencies using insights from behavioral finance.

Before joining Fuller & Thaler in 2006, Mr. Lin held portfolio manager roles at Tricera Capital and Sit/Kim International Investment Associates. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and both an MBA and MA in Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is recognized for his contributions to enhancing risk management methodologies within the investment management industry.
