Guillaume Diaz is an Associate at Jasper Ridge Partners, L.P., where he is a member of the private equity team specializing in secondary transactions. In this capacity, he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing investments in the private equity secondary market, supporting the firm’s strategies in alternative asset management. His work focuses on complex transactions involving interests in private equity funds and portfolios, serving sophisticated institutional clients.

Prior to joining Jasper Ridge Partners in 2022, Guillaume worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and later Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining significant experience in financial analysis, transaction execution, and client engagement within the investment banking sector. Before his tenure at JPMorgan, he was a General Partner at Gateway Capital Management, where he was involved in private market investment strategies.

Guillaume holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Richmond, as well as a degree in Accounting from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). His expertise lies at the intersection of private equity secondary markets and traditional investment banking, providing a strong analytical and strategic foundation for alternative investments.
