Claudio Giurgiu

Claudio Giurgiu is Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Palisade Capital Management, LP, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy and innovation initiatives in support of wealth management and institutional asset management operations. In March 2025, Claudio was elevated to equity partner, recognizing his integral role in driving technological advancement and cybersecurity for the firm, which oversees approximately $4.1 billion in assets under management.

Claudio’s expertise centers on applying technology solutions to investment management, risk mitigation, and client servicing, with a particular focus on sectors such as institutional asset management and private wealth advisory. His leadership ensures robust digital infrastructure and information security that underpin Palisade’s capabilities in public and private equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies.

Before joining Palisade in 2019, Claudio held senior roles at Alphaserve Technologies, a sector-leading managed services provider, in addition to partnership experience at CCG Consulting, LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Montclair State University, and has made significant contributions to elevating operational efficiencies and establishing Palisade as a technology-forward investment firm.
