Dawn Brock

Dawn R. Brock is a Partner and Associate Portfolio Manager at Palisade Capital Management, LP in New York, where she helps oversee the firm’s Small and Small-Mid Cap Core Equity strategies. She joined Palisade in 2013 as a Senior Research Analyst and was promoted to Associate Portfolio Manager in 2024. In her current role, she focuses on equity portfolio construction, stock selection, and research, with a specific emphasis on the Health Care sector within the small and SMID cap universe.

Before joining Palisade, Ms. Brock built substantial experience in health care equity research, serving as an Investment Analyst at Lord Abbett & Co., LLC, and as a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst—Health Care Services at Kaufman Bros., L.P. She also held the role of Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase Securities, specializing in coverage of Health Care companies. Her expertise centers on health care equities, leveraging her analytic background to identify investment opportunities within this specialized asset class.

Ms. Brock holds a dual M.B.A. in Finance and Business Communications from Fordham University and a B.A. in Journalism from New York University. Recognized for her leadership and disciplined investment approach, she was named a Partner at Palisade in 2023 and is noted for driving consistent value and forward-thinking investment decisions within the firm’s flagship equity strategies.
