Anurag Pandey is Senior M&A Analyst at PhiloSmith & Co. (also referenced as PhiloSmith Capital Corporation), where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions within the insurance and broader financial services sectors, with a particular focus on transactions in the retail, wholesale, and Property & Casualty (P&C) carrier segments. He has played a pivotal role in more than 20 sell-side transactions, contributing to deals exceeding $800 million in aggregate value, and is recognized for his expertise in regulatory-driven valuation, tailored financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation of key transaction documents.
