Matthew Kiselica

Matthew Kiselica is an International Equity Trader at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC (TSW) based in Richmond, VA, where he has served since 2020. In this capacity, he focuses on trading European equities, overseeing order execution and risk management across developed and emerging European markets, and contributing to TSW's cross-border investment strategies.

With a career spanning over three decades, Matthew previously managed the international trading desk and held the title of Senior Vice President at Capital Institutional Services, Inc. (CAPIS), where he gained extensive experience in international equity execution and institutional client service. His expertise is concentrated in global equities, particularly European stocks, making him a valued resource for navigating diverse regulatory environments and market microstructures in the region.

Matthew holds a dual degree in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University–Newark, underpinning his deep knowledge of global markets and financial analysis.
