Eric Winterhalter is the President and Managing Partner at Tran Capital Management, L.P., an independent investment advisory firm based in San Rafael, California. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, playing a key leadership role in strategy, operations, and governance for the company’s investment activities. Winterhalter co-led a management buyout of the firm in 2017 and has been instrumental in its transition and growth since the reorganization, focusing on delivering exceptional investment performance and client service.
