Jill Fuller is the Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at Winslow Capital Management, LLC, located in Long Lake, MN. In her role, she leads the firm’s enterprise risk management initiatives, oversees risk and operational processes, and is instrumental in implementing strategies to maintain strong risk controls. Winslow Capital specializes in U.S. large-cap growth equity investment, and Fuller’s oversight directly supports portfolio integrity within this asset class.

Before joining Winslow Capital, Fuller was Vice President at Pine River Capital Management, managing operations for liquid alternative product offerings, and previously held leadership and trading positions at Cornerstone Capital Management, Fiduciary Counselling, and Whitebox Advisors. She holds a B.A. in International Business with a Marketing Emphasis from Concordia College and attended The University of Edinburgh for additional business studies. Fuller’s significant contributions include the development and execution of risk frameworks, supporting the long-term outperformance of Winslow Capital’s investment programs.
