Salman Afzal

Salman Afzal is the Managing Partner at Whittier Trust Company, where he leads strategic initiatives and oversees client relationship management for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. In his current role since January 2022, he is responsible for the firm’s overall direction in wealth management, fiduciary services, and business operations.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Partner, Salman served as Head of Operations at Whittier Trust Company from 2019 to 2022, and previously as Director of Operations at NeuralForge Technologies. His expertise spans private wealth management, trust administration, and operational leadership, with a particular focus on asset allocation, portfolio management, and multi-generational wealth strategies for clients in sectors such as real estate, public and private equity, and alternative investments.

Salman holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Babson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego. His career is distinguished by a track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and developing tailored investment solutions for affluent families, contributing to Whittier Trust’s reputation as a leading independent wealth management firm.
