Brett Kochanski

Brett Kochanski is an Associate at Braidwell, a Stamford, CT-based investment firm primarily focused on the healthcare sector. In his current role, he contributes to deal sourcing, financial analysis, and execution, supporting the firm's specialty focus on healthcare, life sciences, and health innovation investments.

Prior to joining Braidwell full-time in June 2022, Brett served as an intern at the firm for over a year, developing expertise in healthcare sector due diligence and portfolio monitoring, as well as on the Student Advisory Board of the Maroon Venture Partners Fund, where he gained exposure to early-stage venture investing. His career to date demonstrates a commitment to collaborative investment and a strong foundation in financial and sector-specific research.

Brett holds a BBA in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, along with honors credentials in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurial Leadership from Commonwealth Honors College. His background uniquely combines entrepreneurship, investment analysis, and a targeted focus on healthcare-related asset classes, making him a valuable contributor to Braidwell’s investment initiatives.
