Chris Schaeffer

Chris Schaeffer is President of Eagle Capital Management LLC, an investment management firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. In his leadership role since 1986, he oversees firm-wide strategic direction and is responsible for managing client relationships and investment portfolios.

Schaeffer focuses on equity investments, leading research and portfolio management for both institutional and high-net-worth clients. Under his direction, Eagle Capital Management employs a bottom-up, research-driven approach to identify undervalued companies with potential for long-term growth. His expertise primarily targets public equities, with a particular emphasis on sectors experiencing secular change and transformation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington. With decades of leadership in investment management, Schaeffer has contributed to the firm’s longstanding reputation for identifying change early and seeking superior returns for clients, including foundations, pension plans, corporations, and individual investors.
