Eileen Jang

Eileen Jang is a Managing Director on the investment team at Eagle Capital Management LLC, based in New York. She joined Eagle Capital in 2022 and is responsible for leading investment research, portfolio management, and supporting the firm’s highly concentrated strategy focused on high-conviction public equities. Her role involves identifying durable, high-quality businesses with asymmetric risk-return potential, primarily allocating to a concentrated portfolio of 25–35 stocks, with an emphasis on rigorous due diligence and long-term value creation.

Eileen specializes in public equity investments, with particular focus on sectors such as finance, consumer services, commercial services, and technology, reflecting Eagle Capital Management’s core portfolio exposures. Her analytical approach includes deep fundamental research, and she engages extensively with company management teams to assess capital allocation, governance, and long-term growth prospects.

Prior to Eagle, Eileen was an investment analyst at Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb, a respected value-oriented asset manager. She began her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across multiple industries. Eileen graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, underpinning her expertise in strategic analysis and investment valuation.
