William Lynch

William M. Lynch, CFA, is a Managing Director at Eagle Capital Management LLC in New York, where he is responsible for business development and client service. He plays a key leadership role in stewarding relationships with institutional investors, including foundations, endowments, pension plans, and high-net-worth individuals, supporting Eagle’s concentrated, bottom-up equity investment strategy.

At Eagle Capital Management, Lynch focuses on the U.S. equity markets, specifically implementing and promoting the firm’s value-oriented Eagle Equity Strategy, which targets undervalued companies positioned for long-term secular growth. His expertise allows him to articulate Eagle’s philosophy of disciplined, fundamental research-driven stock selection to sophisticated clients.

Lynch brings more than two decades of financial industry experience, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development North America at KBI Global Investors and as Partner and Head of Marketing & Client Service at New Amsterdam Partners. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware, underpinning his commitment to rigorous analysis and exceptional client service.
