Jimmy Hsu

Jimmy Hsu is a Managing Director at Eagle Capital Management LLC, based in Singapore. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's investment strategy, deal sourcing, and overall strategic direction, drawing on over two decades of cross-regional private equity and alternative investment experience. His primary focus is on private equity, venture capital, and multi-manager strategies across Asia, North America, and Europe, specializing in fund-of-funds structures, emerging managers, and direct investments targeting revenue growth and margin expansion, particularly in high-alpha alternative asset classes.

Previously, Jimmy was the CEO of TIF Ventures and played a founding role at Eagle Asia Partners, the predecessor to Flexstone Partners. He has also held senior management positions at GIC Special Investments, with significant leadership roles spanning the US, Europe, and Asia, as well as posts at the Singapore Economic Development Board and British Petroleum.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Alberta as a Colombo Plan Scholar and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. He is a CFA Charterholder and has served on prominent investment committees in Asia, contributing to significant innovations in regional private equity investment strategies and portfolio structuring.
