Gerald Seizert

Gerald Seizert is Managing Partner at Heron Bay Capital Management in Michigan, where he leads investment strategy and firm operations with a focus on high net worth individuals and institutional clients. His work centers on equity portfolio management, providing discretionary services that cover a broad universe of large-cap equities, applying both quantitative and fundamental analysis to sector-specific stock selection.

Prior to Heron Bay, Gerald was the founder and Chairman of Seizert Capital Partners LLC, which he established in 2000, serving in leadership roles including Portfolio Manager and overseeing strategies across hedge funds, separate accounts, and sub-advisory relationships. He has developed proprietary multi-factor models for evaluating securities based on valuation, market reaction, earnings quality, and capital deployment, refining these approaches over more than two decades.
