Nadine Kim

Nadine Kim is Managing Director, Investor Relations and Business Development at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, where she leads initiatives in capital raising and manages relationships with institutional investors. Based in New York, she leverages two decades of experience to support the firm’s alternative investment strategies, focusing on hedge fund products and multi-strategy alternative assets.

Prior to joining Hudson Bay Capital in 2023, Nadine was Partner and Managing Director at Fir Tree Partners for over 18 years, where she played a key role in business development, investor relations, and strategic growth across a wide range of alternative investments. Her earlier experience includes equity research roles at Wachovia Securities and analytical work at Cambridge Associates, giving her a strong foundation in public equities, credit, and multi-asset class analysis.

Nadine holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University’s Columbia Business School and a BA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University. Her expertise spans alternative investments, asset management, and institutional fundraising, with a proven track record building and maintaining strategic investor partnerships across hedge funds and complex investment vehicles.
