Yehuda Biber is currently the Global Managing Director and Head of Tax at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this executive role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s global tax strategy, optimizing tax efficiency across hedge fund and alternative asset operations, and supporting investment structuring for both public and private markets. His oversight covers a broad array of asset classes including hedge funds, public equities, private equity, fixed income, and complex alternative investments, reflecting his expertise in cross-border tax solutions and investment vehicles.

Biber’s career spans leading positions at some of the world’s top investment firms, including Managing Director and Principal at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, Head of Tax at Viking Global Investors, and Vice President at D. E. Shaw & Co. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in tax and finance during his tenures at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, honing his skills in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance for diversified financial organizations.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University, equipping him with advanced skills in tax law, accounting, fund structuring, and investment management.
