Zlata Gleason

Zlata Gleason is a Partner and Head of Client Advisory Group at INDUS CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC, based in New York. She oversees the firm's business development, client relations, and leads the team responsible for supporting these efforts, with a specific focus on the firm’s Asian Pacific equities investment strategies—including both long-only and hedge fund products targeted at institutional allocators, such as university endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and funds of funds.

Her expertise spans the marketing, distribution, and servicing of specialist public equity strategies in the Asia-Pacific region, supporting clients with portfolio integration, succession planning, and tailored investment solutions. Gleason’s career includes investor relations leadership roles at Lone Pine Capital and Senator Investment Group, and early experience in Morgan Stanley's Prime Brokerage and Equity Derivatives teams in New York and London, bringing her deep insight into the needs of sophisticated global investors.

Gleason holds a CFA charter and earned a BA in Economics and German from Wellesley College, with additional studies in PPE at Oxford University.
