Alex Harris

Alex Harris is an Analyst at Moore Capital Management in New York, joining the firm in August 2025, where he contributes to the investment team’s research, portfolio analysis, and trade implementation. At Moore, he is involved in analyzing global macroeconomic trends, with exposure to multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives, supporting the firm's well-established macro investment strategies.

Before joining Moore Capital Management, Alex held the role of Trading Analyst at Eisler Capital, where he supported multi-strategy trading desks, focusing on cross-asset quantitative research and execution in global fixed income, currencies, and commodities. Prior to that, he was a Trader at Citadel, where he gained significant experience in high-frequency trading and risk management across liquid markets.

Alex holds degrees from Harvard University and Coppin, providing him with strong analytical and quantitative skills. His professional experience has centered on global macro and cross-asset class investing, and he is recognized for his ability to synthesize market data into actionable investment ideas for leading hedge funds.
