Mark Fleischhauer

Mark Fleischhauer is a seasoned investment professional and former Partner at Owl Creek Asset Management, where he served from 2007 to 2024 in New York, NY. In this role, he was also Assistant Portfolio Manager and focused primarily on public equity and credit investments, with specialized expertise in the data center and power sectors. His responsibilities included co-managing investment portfolios, conducting deep research, and identifying strategic opportunities in complex and event-driven situations within these industries.

Prior to joining Owl Creek, Mark held analytical roles at HFR Asset Management and began his financial career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns.
