Gregg Loprete

Gregg Loprete is a Portfolio Manager at Water Island Capital LLC, based in New York, where he specializes in managing the firm's special situations strategy with a focus on credit opportunities. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has been a Portfolio Manager for both the Water Island Credit Opportunities Fund and the Water Island Event-Driven Fund, overseeing investments across the capital structure, particularly in credit instruments and event-driven securities.
