Justin Dunleavy

Justin Dunleavy serves as Portfolio Manager and Head of Trading at Water Island Capital LLC, based in Oradell, NJ. In this role, he oversees portfolio management and trading activity, contributing to the firm's event-driven investment strategies and its suite of low correlation, low volatility products tailored for a range of clients, including institutional investors.

Mr. Dunleavy's expertise centers on event-driven investing, with a particular focus on U.S. equities and merger arbitrage, as reflected in Water Island Capital's core investment approaches.
